Infrastructure that keeps operations moving
Temporary terminals, passenger facilities, covered walkways and ground-equipment protection — certified structures installed around live airside and landside operations.
The problem we solve
The terminal can't close while you fix it
Airports and transport hubs upgrade under full load: passengers keep arriving while the building that serves them is being rebuilt.
PCS delivers the operational bridge — fully serviced temporary terminals and passenger facilities that carry the load during works, plus the permanent workhorses of a transport precinct: freight canopies, GSE shelters, sheltered walkways and maintenance cover. Engineered to AS 1170, certified for the site, and installed in staged works that respect security and safety envelopes.
- Temporary & overflow passenger terminals
- Sheltered walkways & queuing cover
- Ground-support equipment protection
- Freight, cargo & maintenance canopies
Why it works here
Built off site. Assembled around operations.
Aviation projects live and die on staging.
Because PCS structures are manufactured off site, on-site works reduce to prepared ground and sequenced assembly — days of controlled activity, not months of open construction inside a security-controlled precinct. When the master plan moves on, the structure relocates with it, redeployed as cover or capacity somewhere else on the network.

Aviation & transport, answered
Can a temporary terminal handle passenger operations?
Yes. Temporary terminals are fitted as functioning passenger facilities — climate control, lighting, power, partitioned zones for screening and processing, and finishes appropriate to a public terminal — engineered and certified for the location.
Can structures be installed inside a live airport environment?
Yes. Components arrive manufactured and are assembled on prepared ground in staged works that respect airside security, safety and operational constraints. Installations are planned around live operations to minimise disruption.
What happens to the structure when terminal works finish?
It moves on. PCS structures dismantle and re-erect, so a temporary terminal can become freight cover, GSE shelter or infrastructure at another site — an asset that outlives the project that justified it.
