S/01 · Events, venues & hospitality
Venues that arrive in weeks and earn for years
Exhibition halls, spectator pavilions, function spaces and multi-storey hospitality decks — engineered structures that add capacity, and revenue, without the cost and disruption of a building project.
The problem we solve
Capacity is revenue you can't book
Sold-out capacity is unrealised revenue — at the carnival, the racing final, or the exhibition that has outgrown its hall.
A PCS structure turns that ceiling into floor space: a certified, climate-controlled, premium-finished venue on your existing ground, operational for the season or standing for a decade. Because you own it, it keeps earning — reconfigured, expanded or relocated as the calendar demands. For venues weighing ownership against seasonal hire, see permanent marquees.

The standout capability
Two and three storeys of hospitality
When ground space is fixed — trackside, quayside, infield — PCS builds up.
Double and triple-storey structures stack corporate suites, viewing decks and function rooms above the action. Racing clubs and stadia use them as premium platforms that command premium pricing; exhibitions use them to put meeting rooms above the floor. Glass walls, media facades and full climate control bring the finish to architecture standard.

Events & hospitality, answered
Can an event structure be a permanent venue?
Yes. The same engineered structure can serve a single season or stand for years as a permanent venue. PCS structures are engineered to AS 1170 and council approved for their intended use, so a pavilion can be certified as a long-term hospitality or exhibition building.
Can venue structures have multiple storeys?
Yes. PCS engineers double and triple-storey event structures — hospitality suites above the exhibition floor, premium viewing platforms above the track. Each level is engineered for its live loads and fitted to hospitality standard.
What finish level can an event structure achieve?
Far beyond a marquee: glass walls, hard facades, engineered flooring, climate control, integrated lighting and power, premium linings and external media walls. The result reads as architecture, not tenting.
